Join our team! Interfaith Caregivers has a 35 hour per week opening for
Marketing & Public Relations
Hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, with some flexibility.
At Interfaith Caregivers, you can make a difference. We are a non-profit organization that believes in keeping seniors and adults with disabilities independent. We coordinate a strong base of volunteers, who provide the help that keeps our clients in Polk County, Wisconsin living in their own homes for as long as possible, and we’re looking for a well-qualified person to join us!
In the role of Marketing & Public Relations, you will be performing tasks that will increase Interfaith’s name recognition and recruit new donors, clients, and volunteers. The right person for this position is outgoing and able to develop relationships successfully.
Knowing how to tell a story is a must! This person will create content for quarterly newsletters, appeals, and press releases, in addition to managing website and social media content.
Other responsibilities will include:

Maintaining activities outlined in the Strategic Plan, which includes attaining new donors, donor retention, monthly giving, planned giving, special events, and donor appeals

Preparing bulk mailings

Building brand awareness

Monitoring, analyzing, and communicating PR, Marketing, and Social Media results

Supplying information for grants and reports
-
Assisting with Rise & Shine (client check-in service) by checking messages and following up as needed

Assisting with maintaining files and records including clients, volunteers, donors, and other data within Assisted Rides and Bloomerang

Assisting with taking client requests for rides and other services as needed.

Assisting with client requests and matching up volunteers (depending on call volume) as needed

Following up with donors, clients, and volunteers as needed
