Interfaith Caregivers provides services to Polk County, Wisconsin resident 60 years of age and older and adults with disabilities. We coordinate volunteers to help our clients so they can live in their homes for as long as possible. We provide a variety of non-medical services to clients at no cost by our team of volunteers. These services include rides to and from appointments, reading mail, light house cleaning, or yard work. View the above list to see details on the services offered.
