     Interfaith Caregivers provides services to Polk County, Wisconsin resident 60 years of age and older and adults with disabilities. We connect seniors and adults with disabilities to volunteers and services supporting independence and quality of life. We provide a variety of non-medical services to clients at no cost by our team of volunteers. These services include rides to and from appointments, reading mail, light house cleaning, or yard work. Rise & Shine Program

     Rise & Shine is a daily check-in call service for seniors and adults with disabilities.

     The program is designed for individuals who live alone or families that worry that something could happen to a loved one and no one would know.

     Not only does Rise & Shine provide a safety net for unplanned circumstances like a fall or illness, it also provides peace of mind.
