Our Board of Directors is a vital part of our organization, generously volunteering their time and leadership to guide our mission forward. With deep commitment to our community, they help ensure Polk County remains a place where seniors and adults with disabilities can thrive, stay connected, and live with dignity and independence.

Board Meetings

Board meetings are on the third Monday of each month from 3-5 pm at the St. Croix Falls office.

Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting is held on the third Monday each February.

Clients, volunteers, donors, church representatives, business representatives and those representing local organizations are encouraged to attend.

Client & Volunteer Services

Mickey Gebhard

Mickey joined Interfaith Caregivers in November of 2019. Previously, she worked as a fundraiser for seniors that helped provide housing and community outreach services. She has also managed the Volunteer Partners program at St. Croix Regional Medical Center. At Interfaith Caregivers, she works coordinating volunteers with clients. She has a big heart for her community!

Bookkeeper

Rachel (Raye) Darst

Raye joined Interfaith Caregivers as a Bookkeeper in 2022. She has spent her career in Accounting & Finance and volunteering where she can.

Client Coordinator

Rhonda Davis

Rhonda joined Interfaith in September 2023. Rhonda has worked for non-profits for much of her career and believes in serving those in need with dignity and respect. Rhonda is happy to now be a part of Interfaith Caregivers of Polk County where she can use her skills to forge connections with clients and volunteers and find ways to meet the needs of the clients served.

Administrative Assistant

Trisha McDonald

Trisha joined Interfaith Caregivers in June 2025. She have spent her career in Administrative roles, and she is dedicated and detail-oriented with a strong background in office and communication support. She ensures daily operations run smoothly and professionally.

Marketing & Public Relations

Emma Hayashi

Emma joined Interfaith Caregivers in October 2025. Her and her husband recently bought their first home. Emma previously worked in both marketing roles and in an assisted living facility.
