Regional Rides

     Volunteers can drive you to and from medical specialist, doctor or dentist appointments. Do you have an appointment outside of Polk County? Let us know. If we have a volunteer available, we'll get you there.

Specialty Appointments & Treatments

     Interfaith Caregivers can accommodate and provide transportation specifically for cancer treatment and dialysis appointments within the area. For example cancer treatments in New Richmond, WI, Wyoming, MN, or  Maplewood, MN and dialysis treatment in Amery, WI.​
