Thank you for everything you do. You are helping Polk County seniors and adults with disabilities maintain their independence and their quality of life. Without you, many of our neighbors wouldn't be able to remain at their home. You make Polk County a better place.
Reporting Miles
So much relies on your hours and miles. We use the information that you report to us for grant applications and reports. Though most of our funding comes from individuals, some comes to us in the form of grants. Your hours and miles are only way Grantors measure our program's impact.
