Endeavors Day Center
Endeavors Adult Development Center strives to enrich the lives and freedoms of people living with disabilities through program objectives that promote a greater degree of self-sufficiency, self-reliance and opportunities to experience economic independence.
Day Friends
Day friends is a day program for individuals experiencing memory loss which includes those with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
The program is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:30pm. They offer scheduled one-way or round trip transportation throughout Polk County. For more information phone Kris Munson or Paula Meyer, program coordinators.

Northwoods Homeless Shelters

Wild Rivers Habitat for Humanity
Wild Rivers Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally through constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes.
A Brush with Kindness (Home Preservation) program helps assist those in a community that need a little extra help with their owned home. Projects include exterior painting, landscaping, ramps and minor repair services.
