Vol Timesheet

It is very important for our volunteers to keep track of their time and mileage while assisting seniors and disabled for Interfaith Caregivers. We need to document the work our program is doing to help people in Polk County. Completing and returning timesheets is very important!

This data helps us prove to foundations, businesses, organizations and individuals that we are truly helping people in Polk County. We count on their financial support to continue to offer these services at no cost to our clients.

So please (pretty please with sugar on top), remember to complete your volunteer report.

Call, email or mail the report to the office at the beginning of the following month. Thanks.
