We are  located in the Polk Business Center in downtown Balsam Lake.  The office building is at 215 Main St., Suite 105, Balsam Lake WI 54810.  The building is handicap accessible.  Just park in the back lot and use the south entrance.

Our office hours are normally from 9 AM to 4 PM weekdays.
