As of September 8, 2008, our office moved to Balsam Lake. Our new phone is 715.485.9500. Our new address is PO Box 426, Balsam Lake, WI 54810. Interfaith Caregivers assists seniors and adults living with disabilities to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life at home.Our caring volunteers come from churches and communities to help our neighbors in Polk County. Our volunteers provide transportation and non-medical services under the supervision of our program staff. These services are provided at no charge. Our program has been serving residents in Polk County, Wisconsin since 1995. We are a local, non-profit program with 501 (c) (3) status that relies on contributions from churches, individuals, families, groups, businesses and foundations to provide these services at no charge to our neighbors in Polk County. Donations are encouraged to continue providing these services in the future. Interfaith Caregivers helps give the "Gift of Independence"! |
