People interested in assisting the Interfaith Caregivers volunteer program must meet the following requirements:

• A desire to help people
• Complete and return the volunteer application form.
• Provide a copy of a recent photo (a copy of a driver’s license works fine).
• Agree to allow a driver and criminal background screening.
• Provide copy of proof of insurance (if providing transportation).
• Mail forms to Interfaith at PO Box 426, Balsam Lake, WI 54810
• Attend volunteer orientation

Usually this process is completed in one to two weeks from when the application was first received.
